1. As a salad dressing: Mix 1 tbsp Zaitoon oil and juice of half a lemon and pour the mixture over fresh raw salad as a dressing. Mix it well.
2. In sautéed/ stir-fried vegetables/ light snacks: Heat 1 tsp Zaitoon oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, broccoli, baby tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, baby corn, mushrooms etc. Sauté it well and cover and cook it for 3-5 mins.
3. For roasting/ grilling/ baking.
4. As a seasoning in soups and dals.
5. In dips: like Hummus, Pesto sauce, Salsa dip etc.
